POSITION MISSION:
- Monitor and analyze all aspects of reverse logistics, controlling returns as a percentage of sales.
- Manage claims with sales channels, suppliers, and shipping carriers to maximize financial recovery from refunds.
- Review and enhance return policies across sales channels to minimize return impacts.
- Analyze data and create reports to identify reasons for returns, driving corrective actions.
- Play a key role in optimizing reverse logistics, improving financial results, and enhancing the customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Business Inteligence.
- Bilingual (95%).
- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably within an e-commerce or reverse logistics environment. Optional: Fundamental understanding of supply chain and logistics concepts
- Knowledge and use of Python, Power BI, statistics and data management software
- 100% strategic and logical thinking.
- Passion for numbers, statistics, trends, projections, etc.
- Previous experience working in an Ecommerce company. (Preferred).
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
